Specially-negotiated rates for liability insurance

Insurance for Qualified members in the UK
Qualified members of the Mountain Training Association can access and purchase a specially-negotiated and competitive insurance policy through its appointed broker Marsh Sport (the new brand name for Bluefin Sport - all terms and conditions for policies held under Bluefin Sport apply under the new name of Marsh Sport), and insurer Sportscover. This scheme offers our members a more bespoke policy to provide different levels of cover based on their Mountain Training qualifications and turnover, with competitive pricing and extensive coverage. Members benefit from a low-cost insurance premium because of their good safety record.

All policies taken out before 1st July 2021 with our former insurance provider, and any current policies are valid until their renewal dates.

This insurance package is exclusively available to Qualified members of the association via an online portal.
