Yourshire regional group - Autumn/Winter programme
The Yorkshire regional volunteers have been busy pulling together a programme of events for the Yorkshire Region from Peer-led Night Navigation Practice, to Social Climbs and sessions on Archaeology and Geology for over the next 6 months. Details of all of these are listed below, those where details are waiting to be confirmed (TBC) will be updated on the workshop pages as soon as possible and they are all FREE to members.
Have a look and book onto any or all that you like.
Peer-Led Night Nav
Your chance to practise your night navigation, these popular (best to book in early!) free peer led night navigation sessions are great opportunities to refresh and enhance your skills. These sessions are particularly useful if you are preparing for a Mountain Training walking qualification assessment. There will be a broad plan for the evening which can be adapted to the needs of those attending. Peer led sessions mean that all those attending hold a responsibility for safety and will be part of the decision-making process for the evening, they also cound as half a point towards your Continuing Personal Development.
