Become a Mountain Training Scotland Mountain Training Skills Scheme Provider

Mountain Training (MTS) welcomes new provider applications for the Mountain Training Personal Skills Courses

Both the Mountain Training Hill & Mountain Skills and the Rock Skills schemes follow the same philosophy - offering quality training experiences, open to all, with no assessment element. Although participants attend for a variety of reasons the emphasis is on introducing skills in a progressive manner to ensure the safe enjoyment of the activity. All of our courses are offered by a network of approved providers. A provider can be an individual or an organisation and with each course offering will need to appoint an approved Mountain Training tutor to run the actual course. All providers of the Mountain Training personal skills training schemes are managed by their national Mountain Training organisation - in this case Mountain Training Scotland.
