Refunds and Cancellations

Description of courses

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of courses appearing on the website are correct at the time the information was entered onto the system.

Refunds

• If you need to cancel a course or workshop booking you have the right to cancel the order within a period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the course or workshop was booked.
• For all memberships, cancellation must take place within 14 days from the day after the membership fee was paid.

Please refer to the Mountain Training Terms and Conditions for any purchases made from the Shop.

Complaints

Any complaints should be made by in writing to: British Mountain Guides, Siabod Cottage, Capel Curig, Conwy, LL24 0ES

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and other public holidays.
