The number of people regularly going hiking and climbing is growing across the UK and Ireland, with Sport England’s latest Active Lives figures indicating 3.58 million hill and mountain walkers, and 278k regular climbers in England alone.

Mountain Training’s Hill & Mountain Skills and Rock Skills courses are designed for new and developing hill walkers and rock climbers, covering all the essential techniques for a lifetime of independent adventures.
