Five years on from Mountain Training England's first impact survey, it's time for round two to see what's changed. Since 2018 there's been a pandemic and some shifts in people's working patterns, priorities and pastimes. We'd love to get another snapshot of the impact that you, our candidates and course providers, have on the people you walk and climb with.
We’ve put together a short survey asking about how you use your skills and qualifications, and the people who have benefitted from your training or qualification(s). It shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes and nearly all of the questions involve ticking boxes or moving markers so it’s pretty straightforward. Some of the questions ask you to give us a number - your best estimate is great, don't worry about being too precise!
Anyone who has completed a training course or passed an assessment can answer the survey, so please encourage your friends and colleagues to do it too. The survey will be open until the end of April.
Take the impact survey
The research is being carried out by Mountain Training England (one of the national organisations) and we welcome candidates from across the UK and Ireland to complete the survey.
