International Women's Day

This International Women's Day (8th March) we'd like to celebrate some of the women who have gained our qualifications. Each of them has their own story to tell and wanted to share them with you. Click on a face to read more about each of them.



Mountain Training are committed to creating a more inclusive, gender equal world and we're currently working hard on a strategy that will benefit women who hold or are working towards our qualifications. In the past couple of weeks Mountain Training England (one of the five national boards that make up 'Mountain Training') have appointed two females to their board of directors, bringing female representation on the board to 28.5%, falling slightly short of the 30% target but a definite and positive step in the right direction.
