Provider Agreement

Here is the revised Provider Agreement for 2016 onwards. If any changes are made to this in the future then we'll notify all Providers.
Each Provider 'owner' will need to sign (digitally) to the agreement within CMS when paying their annual fee. Should any clarification be needed about any aspect of the agreement then please get in touch with Simon Patton from Mountain Training Cymru.
